MISK Schools

The MiSK Schools Campus will be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s exemplar education facility and will provide a world class learning environment for the Kindergarten to Grade12 students who attend it. This flagship development will be unrivalled in its design and facilities, constructed on a 285,000m2 plot that borders Wadi Hanifa to the East and the primary Boulevard through MiSK City to the North.

Stage Construction (Inc T&C and Handover)

Phase 1 – Cold Shell & Fit-out works package for Kindergarten, Junior Sports & MUGA including External works, Infrastructure and landscape works related to the current scope.

Phase 2 – Construction of Lower Primary, Service Yard Plants, Central Kitchen, Guard House & FM Buildings (Inc Fit-Out + MEP works). Cold Shell works for Rest of the Buildings. External Sports Pitches & Grandstands, Infrastructure Works, External Works, Landscape works.

Phase 3 (SEPARATE CONTRACT) – Fit-Out + MEP works for Admin, Main Sports, Upper Primary, Middle & Senior Schools.
